Up-and-coming artist Shannon K., daughter of award-winning Bollywood star Kumar Sanu, has released her new inspiring album ‘PERPETUAL’ on iTunes.

Shannon K. was born in India and later relocated to London where she studied music at the Royal School of Music. She is now based in Los Angeles where she has a songwriting partnership with her sister Annabel K and continues to work on her music.

The young star gave a breathtaking, headlining performance at top Hollywood spot, The Peppermint Club in West Hollywood, to celebrate the launch of her new inspirational album ‘PERPETUAL.’ She delivered an incredible performance with the support of her friends and family all while raising awareness for Boo2Bullying. Additional performances were by Ian Grey and Chris Ayer.

The highly anticipated debut album is about mixed emotions and how they are ‘perpetual’. It’s about missing the ones you lost and needing someone to be there. At the same time, it’s also about having fun and being alive. Songs on the album include “Lately”, “Pretty Eyes”, and “When the Summer Comes.” Shannon co-wrote most of the songs with her sister Annabelle.

“Basically the whole album is about mixed emotions and feeling good about yourself. Sometimes you feel like you need someone when you’re down and then at times you want to forget about all the stresses in your life and have fun,” Shannon K.
